Divekar Wallstabe & Schneider Precision Seals Pvt. Ltd. is an Indo-German Joint Venture was incorporated in 2010. It is 100 % family-owned by the enterpreneurial families Divekar, Wallstabe and Schneider. Dichtungstechnik Wallstabe & Schneider GmbH & Co. KG holds over 75 % of the shares.

The company is located in Ambivali, near Mumbai and employs about 90 people in production and administration. Divekar Wallstabe & Schneider has more than 30 years of experience in developing and producing seals. The site is certified according to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Production Processes

We have some of the best facilities and an infrastructure that enables us to manufacture our products to the automotive quality standards.

Mixing Process

At the Ambivali site we have a mixing facility for our rubber compounds with a 45-liter mixer.

Manufacturing

Our core processes for manufacturing seals are injection moulding and vacuum compression moulding.

Secondary Processes

As secondary processes we offer cryogenic deflashing, post curing and lubrication coatings (also coloured coatings).

Test Laboratory

In our laboratory we subject the finished products to various tests, e.g. hardnesstests, rheological tests, tensile tests, compression set tests, aging tests in air and various other media.
