Wallstabe & Schneider México S. de R.L. de C.V. was founded in 2013. The site is managed as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Wallstabe & Schneider Group.

The site is located in Irapuato, about 320 km northwest of Mexico City, and employs about 60 people in production and administration. Wallstabe & Schneider México is certified according to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Production Processes

With our modern, very well equipped machinery and the appropriate infrastructure, Wallstabe & Schneider México is a sought-after automotive supplier for the NAFTA region.

Manufacturing

Our core process for manufacturing seals is injection molding.

Secondary Processes

The injection molding production is followed by finishing steps of our seals: cryogenic deflashing, production of technical cleanliness and various annealing and coating processes (including colored coatings).
